• Full-time Danzer Veneer, a leading hardwood quality company with locations in 10 countries around the globe, are looking for a Log Yard Loader Operator for our Production and Custom Cutting facility in Edinburgh, IN who can be available for 1st shift.

Job Summary The Log Yard Loader Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment used to move, load, unload, and organize logs and materials within the log yard. This role plays a key part in supporting production flow while maintaining safety, quality, and housekeeping standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate loaders and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and transport logs and materials Safely stack, sort, and organize logs according to production requirements Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance Follow all safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations Maintain a clean and organized log yard and work area Communicate effectively with yard, production, and supervisory staff Assist with other yard or production duties as needed Education and/or

Experience:

High school diploma or GED required Chainsaw operations Front end loader experience Proficiency in computer basics
