We are seeking a bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll processing and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, along with comprehensive knowledge of human resources practices and systems. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to organizational growth and employee development within a manufacturing environment.
Schedule :
Monday- Friday 8am- 4:30pm

Responsibilities Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using HRIS and Paycom. Oversee employee orientation programs, performance evaluations, and training & development initiatives. Administer employee benefits programs and handle inquiries related to payroll. Ensure compliance with employment laws such as
FMLA, OSHA
regulations, and affirmative action planning. Facilitate employee relations by addressing conflicts effectively and promoting a positive workplace culture. Maintain accurate HR data entry and records management. Support organizational change management efforts and assist with workforce planning and succession strategies. Collaborate with management on contracts, labor law compliance, and project management initiatives related to human resources. Qualifications Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role within manufacturing or industrial sectors. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred; exceptional communication skills in both languages are required. Strong knowledge of human capital management practices, employment & labor law, and OSHA regulations. Familiarity with HR systems. Experience with benefits administration, payroll processing, and HR sourcing tools like Indeed. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively through project management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally. Knowledge of conflict management techniques and organizational design principles.
