Job Description

Summary:
Envision Technology, an innovative small business providing advanced electro-optical solutions for defense applications, seeks a Logistics Analyst skilled in Acquisition Logistics. In this role, you will be the primary liaison for the customer to resolve issues, answer questions and ensure customer satisfaction. while leveraging data analysis to identify trends, root causes of failures, and drive continuous improvement across logistics and support processes.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Logistics and Support Manager, the Logistics Analyst will be responsible for assisting in developing maintenance and support solutions for Envision Technology's portfolio of EIOR products and associated Unmanned systems equipment. You will support ILS tasks throughout all phases of a product's life cycle including development projects, delivery programs or in-service product sustainment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Capable of troubleshooting and repairing electro-optical systems. Analyze products and associated equipment, determining requirements for tools, test equipment, spare parts and consumables Aide in the development of repair, troubleshooting, and testing procedures for incorporation into technical manuals for our customers. Provide input on technical product documentation such as users manuals, to ensure clarity to the end user. Produce the maintenance and support plans for support of equipment and systems Assist in defining the support concept and establishing the resources required to maintain the company's products Prepare spare parts provisioning requirements Support the development of technical data deliverables and reports Gather data and assist department managers to support new business proposals Serve as the primary contact for customers with technical issues or questions and ensure customers receive timely and accurate responses. When necessary, issue Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) in support of warranty or non-warranty returns, as well as managing the product return process Develop New Equipment Training (NET) packages and deliver NET training to customers, which may include classroom training and/or practical applications. Support live-fire testing and training of weapon-mounted products; capable of safely handling firearms and ammunition as well as executing test plans and documenting results. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to support data-driven decision-making across programs. Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations) to translate data insights into actionable improvements. Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred; however, specific formal training in the use and maintenance of electro-optical systems may be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum of 5 years' exposure to complex electro-optical systems for military applications. Experience working with datasets related to logistics, RMAs, supply chain, or field performance is highly preferred. Other Related MOS's will be entertained. Hands-on experience with system integration and test. Creative thinker with outstanding problem-solving skills during planning and execution of programs. Strong analytical capabilities with experience extracting, organizing, and interpreting data to identify trends, root causes, and performance gaps. Utilization of proactive data analysis skills required to evaluate metrics to provide informed decision making for programs. Knowledge and preferably application of military logistic processes and standards, including MIL-STD-1388-2B, and GEIA 0007, Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to interact with customers, suppliers, and other external personnel. Able to lift up to 50lbs. Security Clearance a plus.
Additional Information:
The applicant must be a US Person. Military experience as MOS 2171, 94F, 3P0X1,18X or related Ordnance/Maintenance field with repairing electro-optical systems is a plus. Travel to customer locations (both domestic and international) will be required to support training, product testing or to resolve issues, however travel is expected to be limited and on an as-needed basis.
