Job Description

As a Logistics Specialist , you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth, accurate, and high-quality fulfillment operations for
PERGOLUX
customers across North America. What You'll Do Lead Daily Outbound:
Take ownership of daily shipping flows—printing pick slips, managing WMS logic, and assigning teams to ensure every order moves out on time.
Carrier & Cost Management:
Act as the main point of contact for our freight and parcel partners. You'll oversee scheduling and troubleshooting while actively monitoring shipping rates to keep costs competitive.
WMS & Data Accuracy:
Keep our systems running smoothly by optimizing picking logic and maintaining high data integrity within the warehouse management system.
Process Optimization:
Work side-by-side with the Warehouse Manager to identify bottlenecks and implement leaner workflows to help us scale across North America.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor key fulfillment metrics to identify trends, helping the team reduce lead times and minimize shipping errors.
Problem Solving:
Tackle delivery or inventory discrepancies head-on, coordinating with Customer Success to keep our customers informed and our operations efficient. What You'll Bring 3-5 years of experience in logistics coordination, warehouse operations, or a related field. Strong computer skills, including WMS proficiency, spreadsheets, and professional communication tools. Experience with warehouse workflows, quality control, and hands-on operational processes. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently while closely supporting the Warehouse Manager.
