Job Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with new and existing carriers to expand our network Handle high-volume phone and email communications with carriers, shippers, and internal teams Negotiate competitive pricing and terms with carrier partners to optimize costs Coordinate and track shipments from pickup to delivery, resolving issues proactively Identify and develop new freight lanes while staying ahead of market trends Support operations with accurate lane pricing analysis and data entry Maintain precise records for carriers and shippers using logistics software Required Qualifications 2+ years of consecutive experience in customer service, sales, or logistics (freight brokerage or 3PL preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced setting Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and follow directions Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive under pressure Excellent oral and written communication skills Comfortable adapting to multiple customer management systems and technology platforms Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
