Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They're expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Responsibilities Maintain communication, both verbally and electronically, efficiently and professionally. Answer phone calls for multiple locations in a very professional manner. Help clients schedule material into client's facilities. Assist clients with approval numbers, for proper handling. Reply to emails in a timely manner. Build positive working relationship to ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate across departments to resolve issues with the different schedules. Resolve issues with facility for unscheduled loads. Help resolve rejected load issues between client and facility. Act as liaison between client, and facility. Collaborate internally & provide resolutions to clients effectively. Analyze needs, recognize potential issues, research alternatives, and provide solutions. Contact 3rd party transportation for clients when needed. Emails and email explanations to clients, facilities and sales proficiently. Manage schedules based on facility needs and capabilities. Help maintain a group email, to ensure all emails are distributed correctly.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED preferred. Experience in waste or recycling industry preferred. Desire to have direct customer contact & provide high level of customer service. Strong organizational skills. Ability to use sound judgment and problem solve in a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions. Ability to effectively communicate at all levels both orally and in written form.
