Logistics Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Focus Workforce Management is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. This position will be responsible for the safe, timely, and cost-effective movement of freight within the warehouse and to and from the customer. Responsibilities Works closely with the Logistic Managers/Supervisors to shipping & receiving information is accurate and imputed ito the system in a timely manor for accountability and accuracy. Compile daily weekly and monthly reports for manager for for shipping and receiving details as defined. Monitor inbound an outbound shipments report to Manager/Supervisors of issues that arise or potential issues that are noticed. Performs clerical and bookkeeping duties for the Logistics Department. Maintains departent supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies, obtaining approvals for standard orders. Verifying receipt and quatity of supplies, then inputing into system. Compiles data from inbound & Outbound shipments and supporting documents to verify accuracy.
