Responsible for supporting a team to deliver superior customer service by developing and aligning tactical plans that leverage standard processes and eliminate waste across multiple functions Drive profitable growth by engaging with several Operations functions to provide efficient and effective logistics planning services Manage and consistently achieve key performance metrics that show the departments effectiveness to the company's objectives Maintain working knowledge of all department IT applications and SOP's and ensure team is adhering to and optimizing available methodologies, tools and resources Other duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:
