Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Long-Term Care Nurse (RN) with 2-3 years of experience in rehab nursing/long term care. The ideal candidate will be a team player who values work/life balance and is committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a rehabilitation setting Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor and assess residents' health status and progress Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Foster a supportive and engaging environment for residents and their families

Qualifications:
