Long-Term Nanny / Family Assistant Position A dual physician household is seeking a dependable, proactive nanny/family assistant to support one school-age child and help keep the home running smoothly. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, creating structure, and balancing childcare with household support. Experience with high-energy children, ADHD, or behavioral redirection is strongly preferred. Childcare Responsibilities Care for one child- age 9 Morning routine support, including breakfast, school preparation, and transportation After-school care, transportation to activities, and homework support Encouraging outdoor play, creativity, and limited screen time Providing calm, structured guidance with clear boundaries and consistency Supporting social-emotional growth, communication, and problem-solving Benefits & Compensation Competitive guaranteed weekly pay based on experience- up to $3500/month. Hourly rate will depend on experience. Monday:

6:00 AM-1:00

PM Tuesday:

6:00 AM-1:00 PM + 3:00-5:00

PM Wednesday:

6:00 AM-12:00

PM Friday:

1:00-5:00 PM Summer Schedule (Approx. 30-32 Hours/Week) Alternating weekly schedule with longer childcare days and dedicated family assistant coverage to maintain consistency year-round. Summer hours may transition into a fuller schedule as needs evolve.
