Long Term Substitute Teacher - High School Math

REQUIREMENTS

• NYS Teaching Certification in Math 7-12 OR Completion of program requirements with pending NYS Teaching Certification in Math 7-12
• Proficiency with personal computer, Chromebooks and instructional equipment.
• Background check and fingerprint clearance through Identogo/TEACH (New York State Education Department)
• Approval by the Wilson Board of Education The successful candidate will also possess the following qualifications: 1.

Broad experience with a variety of instructional techniques. 2. Demonstrated ability to reach all types of learners. 3. The ability and commitment to use technology as an instructional tool. 4. Evidence of effective classroom management skills with age-appropriate experiences. 5. Excellent communication skills; approachable, friendly and available.
