• Full-time Overview We are seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our asphalt maintenance and new asphalt installation team.

Duties Assist with asphalt maintenance tasks, including patching, sealing, and surface repairs to extend the lifespan of existing pavements Support new asphalt installation projects from site preparation through paving and finishing Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, front loader trucks, and dump trucks to move materials efficiently Conduct utility locating to ensure safe excavation and paving operations around underground utilities Help prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and ensuring safety protocols are followed Collaborate with team members on paving activities, including spreading asphalt and smoothing surfaces for a uniform finish Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and reporting any issues promptly Experience Prior experience in construction or asphalt work is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, or similar machinery is a plus Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and utility locating techniques is advantageous Hands-on experience with paving processes or asphalt maintenance projects will be beneficial Ability to operate Caterpillar equipment or similar heavy machinery is desirable Strong work ethic with physical stamina for manual labor tasks in outdoor environments Join our team today and be part of a vibrant workforce dedicated to building durable roads and surfaces!
