Full-Time Job Overview Midnight Special is looking for a dependable, hardworking Lot Boy / Lot Attendant to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the yard, organizing vehicles and equipment, keeping the property clean, and supporting daily operations. We are seeking someone who is motivated, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, yard, and shop areas Move, stage, and park vehicles/equipment safely Wash, clean, and prepare vehicles as needed Perform basic property upkeep and housekeeping duties Check fluid levels, tire pressures, and basic vehicle appearance Assist drivers, mechanics, and office staff with daily tasks Pick up parts, supplies, or materials when needed Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Valid driver's license required Clean driving record preferred Ability to operate manual transmission is a plus Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Able to lift 50+ pounds and stay active throughout the workday Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Previous automotive, towing, or lot experience preferred but not required
