Lot Attendant

Position Overview The Lot Attendant cleans and moves vehicles and helps the transportation department as requested. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Essential Personal Qualities 1. Display excellent customer service 2. Class C Driver's License 3. Punctual 4. Excellent attendance 5. Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as a team 6. Attention to detail 7. No felony / misdemeanor convictions 8. Must pass drug test, includes cannabis Job Requirement / Details 1. Available for work primarily Monday through Friday, 3:30 pm to 7:00pm. 2. Clean vehicles which includes vacuuming, washing, and drying 3. Parking vehicles in an orderly manner 4. Reporting any known damage to vehicles, safety hazards or incidents to management 5. Cleans lot of debris and snow as necessary 6. Safely keep track of vehicle keys 7. Give other drivers assistance as needed 8. Annual drug and background/DMV screenings.
