LOTO Manager

job summary: LOTO Manager/commissioning manager needed for a long term field assignment. This person will be responsible for planning, supporting and/or implementation of construction project completions and commissioning of a variety of facilities, including commercial and industrial installations. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of relevant experience and some experience working in refineries.

Lead set up tracking, reporting and turnover documentation of projects and ensure field teams understand and implement the tools according to specifications.

Lead the development and implementation of commissioning and startup plans.

Lead implementation by field teams during execution of completion and commissioning plans.

Lead inspection of installed devices and completion of field required setup and verifications.

Lead coordination and checkout, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases of project efforts by addressing problems and routine requirements of equipment and devices.
