Material Handler Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our warehouse team as a Material Handler This multifaceted role requires a hands-on team player who is capable of assisting in maintaining warehouse facilities, handling materials efficiently, and occasionally safely driving vehicles for deliveries and pickups. This position is a 40-hour plus overtime work week. If you are a versatile worker with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude, we would love to have you on board! This is a Mon - Fri 9am to 5:30pm position

Key Responsibilities:

Material Handling:

Safely load, unload, and transport materials, products, and equipment within the warehouse. Organize and store inventory properly to ensure items are easily accessible and safely handled. Assist with inventory counts, track materials, and manage stock levels to maintain efficiency using our inventory software. Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move goods, ensuring safety and precision. 2.

General Warehouse Support:

Assist in general warehouse operations, including packing and preparation of shipments. Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, keeping work areas free of hazards. Support the warehouse team with additional tasks as needed to meet operational goals. 1.

Driving and Delivery Duties:

Occasionally operate our company Box Truck for local pick up and deliveries Ensure timely, accurate, and safe deliveries of orders to customers or other facilities. Assist in loading and unloading of vehicles, often using a fork lift, ensuring products are handled carefully to avoid damage during transport.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in material handling & warehouse operations is a plus Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 60 lbs.). Solid communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety protocols.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials up 60 lbs. Ability to operate warehouse equipment and vehicles safely.

Compensation:
