Requirements:

Graduate of an approved school of nursing Currently licensed as a LPN in good standing with the North Carolina Board of Nursing or possess a multi-state license. Current CPR Certification

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Performs nursing duties within the scope of practice as defined by the North Carolina Nursing Practice Act. These functions include but are not limited to: Completing assessments. Planning for residents' needs. Implementation of resident's health plan of care. Teaching and Counseling of residents and families Collaborating with team to make sure residents' needs are met.
