Job Overview We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for immediate openings across multiple locations in New Mexico. Duties Provide direct patient care, including vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and assistance with activities of daily living. Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks to document patient information accurately and efficiently. Support patients with specialized needs such as Alzheimer's, dementia, memory care, and behavioral health conditions. Assist with medical procedures including phlebotomy, catheter care, aseptic techniques, and use of assistive devices like Hoyer lifts. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient records and medical documentation. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines across various clinical settings such as ICU, emergency medicine, or outpatient clinics. Requirements Valid LPN or CNA license in the state of New Mexico or eligible for licensure transfer. Experience working in diverse healthcare environments including hospitals (Level I & II Trauma Centers), nursing homes, hospice care, or outpatient clinics. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks for medical documentation and patient records management. Demonstrated experience in critical care areas such as ICU, emergency medicine, or trauma centers is highly desirable. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and aseptic techniques essential for delivering safe patient care. Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or complex health conditions including developmental disabilities and behavioral health issues. Strong communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to caregiving; ability to work well within multidisciplinary teams.
