Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide professional nursing care to our patients, including assessments, treatments, and patient education. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and treatment procedures
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of New Jersey
• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
