Summary As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Prairie Senior Cottages, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care to our residents. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the dignity and individuality of each resident while working in a supportive environment that values compassion and teamwork. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff. Assist with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity for each resident. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in memory care and other relevant areas. Requirements Current LPN license in the state of Minnesota. Experience in memory care or assisted living preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with residents.
