What You'll Do:
Provide individual and family therapy and skill-building services to children, adults, and families in a school setting Assess clients and develop effective, person-centered treatment plans Maintain timely, high-quality documentation Collaborate with other providers to ensure the best care possible Participate in team meetings, training, and group supervision Represent Fernbrook's mission with compassion, professionalism, and respect Travel to clients and office locations as needed
What We're Looking For:
Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making Ability to maintain healthy professional boundaries Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Comfort working independently and as part of a team Eagerness to learn , grow, and receive feedback Basic computer skills or willingness to learn new systems A genuine commitment to our mission, vision, and values
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in a Human Services field (or currently in field placement for LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP) Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Must pass a criminal background check
Bonus Points If You:
Are bilingual Have experience working with diverse populations across age groups Hold an active Minnesota license (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP)
Additional Info:
Full-time :
40 hours/week (occasional overtime may be required)
Part-time :
