• to moderate-income seniors ages 62 and above in Northern Virginia.

We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team. Our LPNs play a vital role in providing quality care and support to residents while helping maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment. This position is responsible for direct resident care, medication administration, supervising care staff, and ensuring compliance with community policies and state regulations. The ideal candidate will be organized, compassionate, and committed to delivering excellent resident care. Key Responsibilities Supervise CNAs and Medication Technicians/Med Techs Provide direct nursing care to residents and delegate care appropriately Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as directed Monitor residents and report any changes in condition to the Director of Nursing Maintain accurate resident documentation and medical records Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations Participate in staff training and team collaboration Support resident safety, dignity, and quality of life Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required CPR certification required or ability to obtain within 60 days Previous senior living or assisted living experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Benefits Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available Competitive pay Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors
