LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Our team is growing and we are looking to add a part-time LPN to our dynamic team. Essential duties and responsibilities are as follows: Conduct patient assessments, administer prescribed patient's medication, treatments and therapies according to physician's orders, coordinate care plans, triage patient phone calls, maintain clear communication with other members of the patients' multi-disciplinary team and foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must have current state issued LPN license, current CPR certification, electronic medical record experience and at least 1 year LPN experience, OBGYN preferred but not required.

Pay:

From $27.00 per hour
