Job Description

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), where your expertise will directly impact patient care and well-being. In this vital role, you will provide compassionate nursing support across various settings, including long-term care facilities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, and home health environments. Your skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and clinical procedures will ensure high-quality care tailored to each individual's needs. We are seeking energetic, detail-oriented professionals committed to making a positive difference in patients' lives through dedicated nursing practice. Perform comprehensive patient assessments by monitoring vital signs, conducting physical examinations, and evaluating symptoms to inform care plans. Administer medications, including injections and IV infusions, following strict protocols and ensuring patient safety at all times. Assist with diagnostic evaluations such as specimen collection, laboratory processing, and medical imaging procedures. Manage wound care, catheterization, tube feeding, and other specialized nursing interventions with precision and aseptic technique. Document all patient interactions accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) or EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems like Epic or Cerner, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams in acute care settings such as ICU, emergency rooms, or trauma centers to deliver timely interventions. Provide education on health coaching, medication management, dementia care (including Alzheimer's and memory care), and post-discharge instructions to patients and families.
Pay:
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
