What You Can Expect As a LPN or CMA Float Pool team member at St. Luke's, you will play a key role in supporting providers and delivering an exceptional patient experience across multiple clinics in Ketchum and Hailey. In this role, you will: Provide direct clinical support and patient education in collaboration with providers and care teams Float between multiple clinic locations in the Wood River Valley based on operational needs Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, and assist with exams and procedures Perform clinical tasks within scope of practice, including injections, medication administration, and specimen collection Utilize laboratory skills as needed to support clinic operations Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) High School Diploma or equivalent required Current national CMA certification required (AAMA, AMT, NCCT, NHA, NAHP, or equivalent) Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program Current, unrestricted Idaho LPN license (or compact eligibility) Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Preferred Qualifications (Both Roles) Previous ambulatory or clinic experience Laboratory experience preferred, including specimen collection and basic lab workflows What's In It For You At St. Luke's, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission - and this includes our own SLHS team.
