About Us Elevate Commercial is a fast-growing, purpose-driven, commercial real estate impact investment firm with a focus on affordable housing and Manufactured Home Communities throughout the United States. Since 2015, the firm has acquired, partnered, and/or consulted on workforce housing multifamily units, manufactured housing communities, and other commercial properties throughout the US. We have big ambitions and are only getting started. We're currently seeking a Property Manager to join our team to help us go to the next level. This position will manage 2 Manufactured Housing Communities (MHCs) and 1 RV site in the Bellevue, ID area. We know the daily responsibilities of the traditional Property Manager role can be overwhelming, that's why at Elevate we are building an onsite and offsite structure that accurately supports the business and provides the resident support needed for each property. The Role As a Property Manager, you will play a critical role in helping ensure our residents have a safe, clean, and pleasant community to call home. This involves interacting with residents (current and potential), maintenance staff, and vendors and requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
This role will:
Oversee daily MHC and RV site operations, including leasing vacant lots/homes, site rentals, guest check-ins/outs, and adherence to community rules Serve as the primary point of contact for current residents, prospective residents, guests, and handle inquiries Ensure monthly rents and site payments are collected in a timely manner Ensure grounds, amenities, and facilities (restrooms, laundry, utilities, vending machines, etc.) are clean, functional, and well-maintained Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors for repairs, landscaping, work orders, and capital improvements Collaborate with internal teams to complete property renovations and improvements on time and under budget Support marketing efforts for vacant homes, lots, RV site availability, and promotions We think the ideal candidate embodies

What you will do in this role: Interact with prospective residents and guests to show the property and assist with leasing vacant homes, lots, and RV sites Manage guest check-ins and check-outs for RV stays Build positive relationships with residents and guests while addressing questions and concerns in a timely manner Ensure monthly rents and site payments are collected in a timely manner Conduct regular property inspections to ensure communities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained Work with maintenance staff and vendors to help resolve work orders and property maintenance issues Monitor vacant homes, lots, and RV sites to ensure they are market-ready Collaborate with your peers to complete property renovations and improvements on time and under budget Support marketing efforts for vacancies, promotions, and community visibility What you're great at:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, guests, vendors, and internal teams Staying organized: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple properties, priorities, and deadlines effectively Customer service: Ability to create a positive experience for residents and RV guests while professionally handling concerns and resolving issues Problem solving: Ability to proactively identify issues and coordinate solutions related to property operations, maintenance, and resident needs Using technology: Proficient in utilizing the internet, Google GSuite, Box, Microsoft Office, AppFolio Property Management Software, QuickBooks, Asana, Campspot, and other software Who you will work with: MHC Administrative Assistant MHC Delinquency Coordinator MHC National Manager Accounting Department Managing Partner Maintenance staff Vendors Residents and RV guests The fine print: No job is perfect.
