LPN Residential Manager will be responsible for Hubbardston, Worcester and Rutland houses.

Job Description:

- Coordinate medical information for admission and provide a comprehensive nursing assessment for the intake process when required by individual medical condition(s). Provide participant specific medical training for home care providers and nursing case training as needed. Monitor medical care to ensure that consumers receive quality care, treatment, and respect in the community. Maintain Individual Confidential Files and monitor placements to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Why work for The Arc? Qualifications:

Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Registration of Nursing Associates or Bachelors in relevant field is preferred. A minimum of two years prior experience with elderly or individuals with disabilities Proven ability to utilize electronic health record systems to monitor compliance (currently iCentrix and HCSIS) The Arc is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in its selection and employment practices.
