Contract / 12-Hour Day Shift Job Summary We are seeking experienced and dedicated LPNs (or RNs) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Sanford, ME. The ideal candidate will have recent long-term care (LTC) experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced patient care environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a long-term care (LTC) setting Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and report changes Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Ensure patient safety and compliance with facility standards Requirements Active Maine (ME) LPN or RN License Minimum 2 years of recent LTC experience BCLS certification required
