One of our clients is looking for Home Health Nurse Practitioners to perform Annual Health Risk Assessments in York County, ME.
Highlights / Overview
- Only 10 hours per week are required, and you choose your own schedule.
Hours:
Monday-Sunday, 8 AM-8 PM — you set your own hours within this window.- NP's work only within the county they choose.
- W2 ongoing contract (not 1099).
- Weekly pay.
- Paid virtual training, plus all equipment and supplies provided.
- In-house collaborating physician and malpractice liability insurance included.
Position Summary:
- Conduct in‑home health assessments for enrolled Medicare Advantage members.
- No prescribing or phlebotomy.
- Typical workload: about 7 assessments per 10 hours.
Charting:
10-14 pages of templated documentation per visit.- Competitive per‑assessment pay, with no‑shows paid at half rate.
- Appointments are scheduled as close together as possible within the county.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of NP experience.
- ANCC and/or AANP certification.
- Family, Geriatric, or Adult NP certification.
