A Brief Overview Responsible for assisting the Registered Nurse in implementing the plan of care for a group of patients and functioning in a technical role in providing quality patient care. What You Will Do Contributes to the nursing assessment by collecting, reporting, and recording objective and subjective data. Provides direct care in a safe manner. Evaluation of the plan of care on a continuous basis. Effectively communicates in writing and orally with patients/families and other health team members. Participates in activities designed to improve health care delivery in assigned area. Education Qualifications Technical Degree or Diploma Nursing
