LPN Wellness Nurse for Evening 2pm-10pm

Are you an Nurse seeking a team environment dedicated to senior care? Village Concepts of Enumclaw, High Point Village has an opportunity for a strong Wellness Nurse who specializes in Memory Care. This position is perfect for individuals who prefer hands-on, day-to-day involvement.

Benefits and Pay Pay:

$85k-$95k annually, DOE Health, Dental and Vision insurance, PTO and 6 paid holidays. Matching IRA and Paid Life insurance

Requirements:

A valid unencumbered Washington State Nursing license Over 18 and authorized to work in the US Must be able to pass a DSHS background check The preferred candidate will support in the following areas : Resident assessment Development of and updates to service plans Investigating resident falls and other incidents Following up on doctor appointments Covering the med cart when needed.
