JOB SUMMARY
Assist Lead AM Line Cook as it pertains to Lunch Ala Carte Menus & Special Events. This is a full time seasonal position and will require five shifts a week 8-4 daily.
PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVE
To successfully accomplish high quality culinary tasks in relation to Lunch Ala Carte Menu and Short order menu as well as special events.
JOB TASKS
(Duties): Set up and prep cook lines for service. Assist in food preparations for banquets. Work with Executive Chef to develop daily menu features. Fulfill short order and menu preparations throughout service while maintaining consistency and quality of presentations. Coordinate timing of service with front of the house staffing. Maintain an organized and clean work area. Inform the chef of purchasing needs for both food ingredients and supplies. Responsible for preparing a sustainable, appetizing staff meal. Work together as a team and Smile! Hourly pay will vary with experience. Staff enjoy access to golf, tennis and private beach during designated times along with complimentary meals during shifts worked.
