Luxury Client Experience & Sales Coordinator Birmingham and Bloomfield Hills | Full-Time $25-35 per hour plus performance bonuses Spa Mariana is seeking a high-level Luxury Client Experience & Sales Coordinator to join our fast-paced, five-star wellness and hospitality team. This is not a traditional front desk position. We are looking for someone who thrives in luxury hospitality, enjoys sales and human connection, can multitask under pressure, and has the emotional intelligence to create exceptional guest experiences while helping support daily operations. Who We're Looking For Naturally warm, polished, and professional Highly organized and proactive Confident in communication and sales Calm under pressure Solution-oriented and adaptable Passionate about luxury hospitality and wellness Interested in long-term leadership growth opportunities Key Responsibilities Delivering a five-star luxury guest experience Confidently recommending services, memberships, retail, and upgrades Managing high-volume phones, scheduling, and guest communication Multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure Handling guest concerns professionally and proactively Supporting daily spa operations and team communication Prioritizing tasks effectively during busy periods Maintaining professionalism, attention to detail, and emotional awareness Assisting with operational systems, organization, and client follow-up Contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture Schedule Requirements Daytime, evening, and weekend availability is required Flexibility during peak spa seasons and busy periods Availability during high-demand holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day Consistent reliability and punctuality are essential for this role This Position Is NOT a Fit For Someone Who Struggles with urgency or multitasking Avoids accountability or feedback Prefers low-pressure environments Dislikes sales or guest interaction Has inconsistent attendance or reliability Becomes easily overwhelmed in busy environments Ideal Background Luxury hospitality Hotel concierge High-end retail Restaurant hospitality Medical aesthetics Executive assistant roles Event coordination Wellness or fitness industries Client experience or sales roles What We Value Most Reliability and consistency Emotional intelligence Professionalism Coachability Ownership mentality Initiative Communication skills Positive attitude under pressure Compensation & Growth Opportunity Starting pay range: $25-$35 per hour based on experience and qualifications Performance bonuses and commission opportunities Retail sales commission and enhancement incentives Leadership development and advancement opportunities Opportunity to grow into management and operational leadership roles Application Requirement (Mandatory): To apply, please submit the following: 1.
