Our team assists clients with maintaining immaculate homes while also supporting day-to-day lifestyle needs. We specialize in creating seamless, stress-free living experiences for busy professionals, executives, seasonal residents, and luxury homeowners. We are expanding and seeking trustworthy, detail-oriented professionals who can provide both premium home care and personal concierge support . Position Overview The Luxury Home Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional home and lifestyle support for clients. This role combines high-end residential cleaning with concierge-level assistance such as errands, household organization, and personal tasks. This is a client-facing position requiring professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities Home Care & Cleaning Maintain luxury homes to impeccable standards Deep cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas Dusting delicate surfaces, fixtures, and decor Laundry, linen changes, and home organization Maintaining supplies and reporting household needs Concierge & Lifestyle Support Running errands (groceries, dry cleaning, package pickup) Light household organization and closet upkeep Preparing homes for guest arrivals or seasonal owners Assisting with simple administrative tasks for homeowners Coordinating basic service appointments (deliveries, vendors) Occasional pet care or plant care if requested Client Experience Deliver discreet, respectful service in high-end homes Maintain professionalism and confidentiality Provide proactive support to anticipate client needs Qualifications Reliable transportation required Previous cleaning, hospitality, personal assistant, or concierge experience preferred Strong attention to detail Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Comfortable working in luxury homes and private residences Trustworthy and respectful of client privacy What We Offer Flexible scheduling Opportunity to grow within a luxury concierge company Supportive and professional work environment Consistent work opportunities in upscale communities Competitive pay with potential bonuses Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, polished, organized, and takes pride in providing exceptional service.
