Licensed Vocational Nursing (LVN) 8 Hour Shift │7AM-3PM│Daily Pay Partner 8 Hour Shift │3PM-11PM│Daily Pay Partner Grand Terrace Healthcare Center is a state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility featuring 59 beds located in Grand Terrace, CA. We are looking to fill in the LVN position for our PM shift and night shift. Duties:

Provide primary care to specific residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents' attending physicians or the Medical Director of the facility, with an emphasis on assessment, illness prevention and health care management. Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of the resident. Administer medications as directed by resident's physician. Perks of Joining our Team!

Requirements:

Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LVN in California. Current CPR certification. Must pass pre-employment background check and physical. Point Click Care experience preferred. Please call Jamelia 909-825-5221 with any questions!
