5 x 8-hour Night Shifts Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week Position Summary The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is responsible for providing complex vocational nursing care to patients within a skilled nursing environment. The LVN works under the supervision of the Unit RN and Unit Nurse Manager, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care and assist in implementing individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and record patient conditions, promptly reporting changes to supervising RN or Nurse Manager. Support daily patient activities while ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes. Requirements Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or hospital setting (preferred) BLS & active MN state license.
