Job Description:

One on one private duty nursing shift care Administer medications and treatments according to a prescribed regimen Monitor client's condition, including efficacy of treatment and medications Notify supervisor of changes in client's condition Teach the client, family and PCG appropriate self-care techniques Document accurately and submit timely nursing notes, according to agency standards Participate in

Continuing Education Programs Qualifications:

Must possess valid current nursing license under the State Board of Nursing Must be of mature and responsible character Must possess general knowledge of disease process and medication action Must possess knowledge of necessary actions in emergency situations Must be able to effectively communicate with the client, family, PCG, and their nursing supervisor Must be in good physical and mental health Must complete the agency's employment process
