You do not need experience. We will train you. What we do need is someone dependable who pays attention and cares about the work they put out. Details matter. If you put down a tape line, you should be able to look at it and know if it's straight or wavy. If something looks wrong, fix it. Don't wait for someone else to point it out. We can teach you how to do the job. We need you to bring the effort. The Job We refinish bathtubs, tile, sinks, countertops, and more. You'll be: Driving a company van to jobs Carrying tools and equipment Cleaning, sanding, and prepping surfaces Masking bathrooms Spraying primer and coatings Cleaning up when you're done Talking with customers Using a company tablet for your jobs and schedule This is a physical and messy job. You will get dirty. You will get paint on you. You'll be standing, bending, kneeling, carrying equipment, and working with your hands. Once you're trained, you'll mostly be working on your own. What We're Looking For We want someone who: Shows up every day Is on time Pays attention to details Can follow directions Wants to learn Can work on their own Takes care of company tools and vehicles Can speak professionally with customers Has a valid driver's license and good driving record Can pass a CORI background check You'll also need an OSHA 10. If you don't have it, we'll help you get it.

Schedule Monday-Friday Start time:

7:30 AM This is not a 9-5 job. There is no exact end time. Some days are shorter. Some days are longer. How fast you learn and how efficiently you work makes a big difference. Most experienced techs are done or back at the shop before 4 PM. We work year-round.

Pay Paid training:

$900/week Once trained, our average tech makes around $1,200-$1,500/week.
