Responsibilities Design mechanical pumping and cooling systems, particularly for data centers. Lead new product development teams, ensuring successful project execution. Utilize engineering tools such as PLM and MRP software to enhance project outcomes. Conduct total system testing and debugging to ensure high quality and reliability. Independently prioritize and manage work based on project requirements. Solve technical problems, analyze system risks, and make informed recommendations. Coordinate engineering activities and drive project timelines and deliverables. Essential Skills Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent experience. 10+ years of engineering experience, with a focus on mechanical design. Experience with pumping systems and plumbing. 3+ years of technical project leadership experience. Proficiency in using PLM and MRP software. Strong understanding of temperature, pressure, and flow sensors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable. Experience with Solidworks is a plus. Experience in data center cooling and heat exchanger systems is preferred. Capability to mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $160000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
