We specialize in roll handling, centralized packaging, end of line automation and load unload systems. We have an immediate opening for a machine builder. We are located in Sylvania Ohio.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Fabrication

• Operate metal working machines (shear press, break press, saws, etc.).
• Drill and tap holes with precision.
• Operate mills, drill presses and other machining equipment.
• Weld steel equipment according to prints.
• Inspect equipment for accuracy and functionality. Assembly
• Mounting gearmotors, chains, sprockets, shafts, and bearings.
• Knowledge and skills in pneumatics.
• Test equipment for proper functionality.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must have experience in welding , mechanical assembly work, pneumatics and wiring. Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with others
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of related experience is required

Physical Requirements:

• Must be physically capable of performing manual labor tasks and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods - 8 hours min
• Must be able to work overtime and available for weekends as needed

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
