Schedule/Hours:
Full-time schedule, flexible based on assignment requirements
Desired Qualifications:
Valid and active PT licensure, eligible in Kentucky Previous hospital or outpatient physical therapy experience preferred Demonstrated skill in developing and modifying individualized treatment plans Strong commitment to safety, ethical practice, and continual professional development Effective communicator, able to educate patients, families, students, and staff Adherence to high standards of documentation and compliance with policies
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations and implement patient-centered therapy plans Delegate and provide direction for discipline-specific services Design functional treatment programs to facilitate patient reintegration into the community Ensure timely, accurate documentation per state and clinic guidelines Educate patients and families about therapy processes and home care Uphold patient and employee safety, including infection prevention and proper equipment usage Participate in student supervision and mentorship programs Remain current with ongoing state-mandated CEUs and licensure requirements
