Your Role:

As a Machine Operator at Warren Truck & Trailer, LLC, you will: Set up and operate CNC machinery according to product plans and production schedules. Measure, align, and position metal sheets and plates to form parts. Read product drawings to determine proper angles and bends, using tools like a protractor to ensure accuracy. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Adhere to all safety protocols as outlined in the Warren Truck & Trailer Handbook. Perform other duties as assigned while participating in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1+ years of experience operating a CNC machine. Ability to read, interpret, and follow product drawings and specifications.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and cost management. Strong ability to monitor gauges, dials, and indicators to ensure machines are running properly. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Physical Demands:

Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Work primarily in a shop environment that is not temperaturecontrolled.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Fulltime position requiring punctuality and readiness to work daily. Business hours are determined by the manager, with mandatory overtime as needed.
