Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and effective communication Present product features, benefits, and pricing options clearly to customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions Upsell additional products or services that align with customer needs to maximize sales opportunities Manage route driving efficiently to ensure timely deliveries and customer visits while maintaining safety standards Conduct merchandising activities to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines Assist with heavy lifting of products or supplies as needed during setup or restocking processes Maintain excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and building lasting relationships Requirements Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and professionally Experience in sales or customer service roles preferred; a background in military service is a plus for discipline and teamwork skills Basic math skills for handling pricing calculations, discounts, and inventory management Valid driver's license with experience in commercial driving or route driving preferred; must be comfortable driving large vehicles if required Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during merchandising or delivery tasks Organizational skills to manage schedules, routes, and product displays effectively Knowledge of merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, and upselling methods to enhance sales performance Join us as a Sales Representative where your energy fuels success! $50,055.02 - $150,000.00 per year
