Core Values Safety First Employee Empowerment Customer Trust Operational Excellence Servant Leadership Benefits & What We Offer Competitive pay starting at $25/hour Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term Disability, Accident Insurance Health Savings Account with company contribution based on plan election 401(k) retirement with company match and 100% vesting Paid Time Off and 8 Paid Holidays Steady work schedule with weekends off Perform all work safely following company safety policy, procedure and practices including wearing appropriate PPE, adhere to Lock Out Tag Out program, and operate a forklift Operate and maintain a chain-link weaving machine Ensure product quality through inspection and troubleshooting Use a forklift to move and stage materials Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist in other facility operations as needed What You Need Ability to lift 75+ lbs. regularly Forklift experience (or ability to get immediately certified) Ability to follow instructions, processes, and perform basic troubleshooting of equipment Basic computer skills (MS Office knowledge is a plus) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Safely walk and stand for extended periods of time on a concrete floor and loading dock that is not climate-controlled and may be slippery. Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel as necessary. Manual dexterity with hands/fingers to operate machinery, grasp tools, operate forklift throughout 8+ hour day. Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to distinguish specific weaving material to operate machinery, forklift, and work on a computer.
