- Posted on May 13, 2026 Published By Teresa Moseley Trillium Staffing is seeking a full time Endforming Machine Operator to operate endforming machines used in the production of automotive components.
- Operate end-forming machines to shape, expand, reduce, flare, bead, or form metal tubing and automotive components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
- Set up tooling, dies, fixtures, and machine parameters according to production requirements.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, gauges, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Follow ISO, IATF, and automotive quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and production teams to resolve manufacturing issues. Apply now! Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing or metal forming preferred.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, or CNC endforming equipment preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Forklift or crane experience is a plus. Preferred Skills
- Experience with tube fabrication and metal forming processes.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
- Familiarity with automotive quality systems such as
IATF 16949.
- Basic computer and production reporting skills. Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. Work Environment
- Automotive manufacturing plant or metal fabrication facility.
- May require shift work, overtime, and weekend availability.
