COPY LINK link Adecco is hiring for a Machine Operator in North Andover, MA! This is a temp to perm opportunity on 1st shift. Pay rate: $21-23 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 6am-430pm Core Duties and Responsibilities
Machine Operation:
Operating, monitoring, and controlling mechanical equipment
Setup and Calibration:
Preparing machines for operation by performing setups, setting adjustments, calibration, and cleaning.
Production Monitoring:
Ensuring the continuous, efficient running of production machinery and managing raw material input.
Quality Control:
Inspecting finished products or parts using tools like gauges or calipers to ensurepliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Performing routine maintenance checks, cleaning, and resolving minor equipment issues to prevent downtime.
Safety Adnce:
Following strict occupational safety protocols, including wearing protective equipment and maintaining a clean work area, to avoid hazards.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate production logs, documentation of output, and records of machine downtime or defects. Common Skills and Requirements
Mechanical Aptitude:
Strong understanding of machinery and tools. Attention to
Detail:
Ability to spot defects and ensure precise measurements.
Technical Skill:
Ability to read blues, diagrams, or technical instructions.
Physical Stamina:
Capacity to work on feet for long periods and lift materials.
Troubleshooting:
Ability to quickly assess and repair, or report, technical issues
Pay Details:
