Machine Operator Malvern, PA 1 DAYS AGO 22567088 Summary Malvern, PA In-Person Competitive Salary 1 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day, Evening Shift / Full-Time Description Assembly, Loading, IPCs (In Process Checks), Packing, Startup/Shutdowns and Changeovers to Standard Replenish material Follow production schedules Calculate and record results in data entry systems Jam clearance Complete CIL tasks Eliminate losses, find and fix defects Drive own results and priorities through the 5 Rocks process Promptly elevate issues to key team members Assist in onboarding new team members Participate in planned stops, DDS (24 hour planning) and shift handovers Routine off loads Operate in compliance with all SafePractices & SOPs. Responsiblefor delivering allProduct Quality Requirements for Class 1 Medical Devices. Completion and adherence to all QualitySOP's and GMP'sthat is directed for WIP. Maintain a Quality-focused culture in a manufacturing environment. Meet or exceedBusiness Performance Targetsfor Production, ProcessReliability, & Scrap. Maintain a LeanManufacturing culture to avoid downtime and scrap loss. Maintain daily goalsto ensure minimum loss of downtime on the machines. Other duties as deemed necessary Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for
Success:
Manufacturing Experience preferred. Working Experience of Loss Elimination Methodolies preferred (TPM,Lean manufacturing, 5S, OEE, etc) preferred. Collaborationskills- must be able to work effectively in a highlydiverse, global, multi-functional environment. Strong communication skillspreferred. Assembly line Experience preferred. Work Environment/Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a warehouse/manufacture setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk, and hear. Must be able to work on your feet for longperiods of time, including 12-hour shifts. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
