The ideal candidate will have experience in operating press brake machinery and a strong understanding of fabrication processes. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various materials to produce high-quality components. Responsibilities Operate and set up press brake machines for bending and shaping metal components. Utilize precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, to ensure accuracy in dimensions. Fabricate parts according to engineering specifications and drawings. Assemble components as needed, ensuring proper fit and function. Perform routine maintenance on press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Utilize hand tools and electrical discharge machining as required during production. Qualifications Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar manufacturing role. Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles. Strong skills in programming press brake machinery for various applications. Ability to weld and operate forklifts is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
