What You'll Do Operate and monitor production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Perform Clean-in-Place (CIP) sanitation procedures to maintain high standards Collect and prepare product samples for lab testing Accurately complete production and compliance documentation Support daily operations alongside an experienced production team Assist with production goals and quality standards Follow all safety protocols, SOPs, and

food safety guidelines Schedule Monday-Saturday (with one scheduled day off during the week) Shifts vary by plant location What It Takes to Succeed Strong reliability and work ethic—your team depends on you Ability to work on your feet and stay focused in a production environment Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs and performing repetitive physical tasks Clear communication skills and attention to detail Basic computer and documentation skills Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn equipment maintenance Manufacturing or production experience is helpful—but not required.
