Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Machine Operator/Assembler, where your hands-on skills and mechanical expertise will drive the production of high-quality products. In this role, you will operate and set up machinery, assemble components with precision, and ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 13485 and FDA regulations. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will contribute to a clean, efficient, and safe work environment, supporting our commitment to excellence in manufacturing and assembly processes. Duties Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery, including plastics injection molding equipment and soldering stations. Assemble components accurately using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measurement devices to meet strict quality standards. Follow detailed work instructions and adhere to
ISO 13485, FDA
regulations, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and other regulatory requirements. Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure parts meet specifications for dimensions and functionality. Prepare products for packaging by performing final assembly, labeling, and ensuring cleanliness in a controlled cleanroom environment. Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance on equipment and identify potential issues before they impact production. Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, inspection results, and compliance records in accordance with company policies. Skills Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, hand tools, and other measurement instruments for precise assembly. Strong understanding of
ISO 13485
standards, FDA regulations, CGMP practices, and cleanroom protocols. Mechanical aptitude with experience in plastics injection molding processes and soldering techniques. Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions clearly. Knowledge of manufacturing processes including packaging and quality control procedures. Excellent manual dexterity combined with attention to detail for high-quality product output. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues promptly.
